Personal Trainer?
Hamey’s love for health and fitness started at a young age. She grew up loving all things sport and was particularly passionate about Swimming at Water-Polo.
She has always loved being pushed outside her comfort zone epically when it comes to her training and being trained.
Being involved in sporting teams, gym member, boot camps, running groups and much more is what lead her into working within the fitness industry and wanting to infect others with the “Anything is possible, with a little hard work” attitude.
Hamey believes that we all have the ability to a healthy lifestyle and it is about finding something that makes YOU feel great about yourself.
Hamey is passionate about providing her clients with skills and understanding to make life-long changes that are do-able and able to be maintained. (She is passionate about the journey and loves that no one journey with a client is the same).

Personal Trainer?
With a love of everything outdoors and keeping an active lifestyle, it has led Cass into the Fitness Industry. Over the years of training her clients, Cass loves providing the tools to make important decisions in all aspects of their fitness life whether with training, nutrition, motivation or general wellbeing.
Cass understands everyone has varying reasons for training and enjoys helping them to achieve whatever their goals may be. A can-do attitude is on the top of Cass’s priorities with her clients always wanting to be the best and do the very best by her clients and loves them having the same attitude in return by turning up and smashing it out to be the best version of themselves.

Tamara
Personal Trainer?
Tamara has always had a passion for athletics, netball and running, which is what led her to begin weight training herself. By doing this, she has now created a career as a Personal Trainer.
She has since gained years of Personal Training experience and understands how to help transform a client’s mindset and physique. Tamara instils in my clients a sense of discipline and commitment to their training, which enables them to achieve long-lasting results.
Tamara has always been about building relationships with clients and coaching them to improve their overall well-being and quality of life/ She is massively passionate about achieving outcomes and empowering clients to achieve what they previously thought impossible.
As a mum herself, Tamara believes that an active, healthy lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts that you can share with your family. Being fit and active with young ones isn't impossible, it just requires a bit of planning and creative problem solving which she can help you with.

Brad’s passion is to ensure the people keep active and moving as they age. He endeavors to undertake further studies in control and stability, which will gain him the qualifications to assist them accordingly.
